Does anyone exist in the world who has not experienced aches or pains at least once in their lifetime?

1. Cold Compress

Apply an ice pack over the aching areas. Give gentle massage and leave it for 10minutes. Repeat this for 3 times a day. 

A cold pack or compress helps to reduce the aches by reducing the nerve activity in the affected area. It eliminates the inflammation over the area and provides quick relief from body ache.  

2. Ginger

Take fresh ginger root, peel and clean it. Cut into small pieces. Squeeze these ginger pieces and boil in the water. After boiling allow it to become warm and add some honey into it and consume.

3. Cinnamon

Add cinnamon to a glass of warm water and stir it well. Add honey to it and consume.

4. Body massage

Take warm mustard oil and apply over the area of aches and massage gently.
